THE FRIENDS IS ESTABLISHED TO BEAUTIFY AND ASSIST IN THE MAINTENANCE OF THE FABRIC OF THE PARISH CHURCH OF ST. JAMES LITTLE CLACTON IN THE DIOCESE OF CHELMSFORD,( HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE CHURCH") AND TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT IT AS A PLACE OF CHRISTIAN WORSHIP.
