THE FURTHERANCE AND PROMOTION OF SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE FOUNDER MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BY NOTICE IN WRITING DIRECT AND IN DEFAULT OF THE FOUNDER GIVING A DIRECTION WHICH FULLY DISPOSES OF THE INCOME BY 5 APRIL IN THE INCOME TAX YEAR FOLLOWING THAT IN WHICH THE INCOME ARISES FOR SUCH EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE OBJECTS AND PURPOSES IN ANY PART OF THE WORLD AS THE TRUSTEES IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.
