A) THE RELIEF OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE SUFFERED TRAUMATIC HEAD INJURY, IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMATION, COUNSELLING AND SUPPORT TO SUCH PERSONS AND TO THOSE WHO CARE FOR THEM;
B) AND TO PROTECT AND PRESERVE GOOD HEALTH OF PEOPLE WHO, BY REASON OF THEIR RELATIONSHIP TO A PERSON WHO HAS SUFFERED HEAD INJURY OR BRAIN DAMAGE ARE EXPERIENCING STRESS.
