Charitable objects
THE TRUSTEES SHALL HOLD THE TRUST FUND AND ITS INCOME UPON TRUST TO APPLY THEM FOR THE FOLLOWING OBJECTS IN THE CATCHMENT AREA OF PARK WOOD INFANT SCHOOL; TO ENHANCE THE WHOLE DEVELOPMENT AND EDUCATION OF CHILDREN UNDER STATUTORY SCHOOL AGE THROUGH OFFERING APPROPRIATE PLAY FACILITIES AND LEARNING ACTIVITIES, ENSURING THAT THERE ARE OPPORTUNITIES FOR ALL CHILDREN REGARDLESS OF RACE, CULTURE, RELIGION OR MEANS.
