[1] THE RELIEF OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS AS A RESULT OF LOCAL NATIONAL OR INTERNATIONAL DISASTER OR BY REASONS OF THEIR SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES .
[B] THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
[C] SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BENEFICIAL TO THE COMMUNITY AS SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES.
