Charitable objects
TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUPILS OF ST. BENEDICT'S SCHOOL, EALING WHICH EXPRESSION SHALL INCLUDE ST. BENEDICT'S JUNIOR SCHOOL. PROVIDING THAT IN DOING SO THE SOCIETY SHALL NOT RELIEVE THE LOCAL EDUCATION AUTHORITY OF ANY OF ITS STATUTORY OBLIGATIONS AND ALSO PROVIDED THAT THE SOCIETY SHALL NOT PURCHASE OR ASSIST IN THE PURCHASE OF ITEMS AND WHICH WOULD OTHERWISE BE PROVIDED OUT OF STATUTORY FUNDS.
