TO RELIEVE THE POOR, SICK, ELDERLY OR DISABLED PERSONS IN THE AREAS OF CHARLTON-ALL-SAINTS, DOWNTON, WOODFALLS, REDLYNCH, LOVER, MORGANS VALE, HALE AND WOODGREEN, AND BREAMORE BY PROVIDING OR ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF TRANSPORT AND BEFRIENDING SERVICES,CALCULATED TO REDUCE THE NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS OF SUCH PERSONS.
