TO PROMOTE ALL OR ANY CHARITABLE PURPOSES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE COMMUNITY WITHIN THE AREA OF BENEFIT AND IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY, THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, THE PROMOTION OF GOOD HEALTH AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AND SICKNESS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER REPRESENTATIVES OF THE COMMUNITY, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE SAID COMMUNITY.
