(A) TO RELIEVE PERSONS WITH AN ALCOHOLIC OF DRUG ADDICTION OR ADDICTION TO OTHER MOOD ALTERING SUBSTANCES IN PARTICULAR BY THE PROVISION OF ADVICE AND COUNSELLING TO SUCH PEOPLE AND THEIR FAMILY AND FRIENDS WHO ARE AFFECTED BY ADDICTION (B) TO PROMOTE THE EFFICIENCY OF CHARITIES BY ADVISING ON AND ASSISTING IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNET SYSTEMS AND OTHER MEANS OF COMMUNICATION AS MAY ENHANCE THE WORK OF THE SAID CHARITIES
