SO FAR AS THE SAME SHALL BE EXCLUSIVELY CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE PROMOTION OF EDUCATION AND IN PARTICULAR THE PROVISION OF TRAINING FOR YOUNG PERSONS IN THE SKILLS OF RUGBY FOOTBALL AND THE PROVISION OF BURSARIES AND OTHER BENEFITS TO YOUNG PERSONS UNDERGOING TRAINING IN THE SKILLS OF RUGBY FOOTBALL THROUGHOUT THE WORLD ("THE AREA OF BENEFIT").
