TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK IN THE ARTS AND THEREBY ENCOURAGE A WIDER APPRECIATION OF VISUAL AND PERFORMING ARTS PARTICULARLY AMONGST THOSE CONSIDERED TO BE DISADVANTAGED GROUPS SUCH AS ETHNIC MINORITIES, WOMEN, SENIOR CITIZENS, DISABLED PEOPLE, LESBIANS AND GAY MEN, PEOPLE ON LOW INCOMES OR WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED.
