THE RELIEF OF POVERTY AMONGST JEWISH CHILDREN AND YOUNG PERSONS RESIDING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HACKNEY AND HARINGEY AND THEIR SURROUNDING AREAS AND BY ENABLING SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE FROM LOW INCOME FAMILIES OR OTHERWISE IN NEED AMONGST THE ORTHODOX JEWISH COMMUNITY TO HAVE AN ANNUAL HOLIDAY AT A HOLIDAY CAMP OR OTHERWISE AT THE SEA-SIDE OR IN THE COUNTRY WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR QUALITY OF LIFE.
