FOR SUCH CHARITABLE INSTITUTION OR INSTITUTIONS OR FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSE OR PURPOSES IN THE TOWN OF MARGATE( DEFINED AS THOSE COUNCIL WARDS WHICH FALL WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE OLD BOROUGH OF MARGATE, PRESENTLY ADMINISTERED BY MARGATE CHARTER TRUSTEES ) OR OUTSIDE THIS AREA UPON SPECIAL DISPENSATION BY THE TRUSTEES IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY:
A) ASSISTANCE TO RELIEVE HARDSHIP
B) SUPPORT TO LOCAL ORGANISATIONS
C) TO ENHANCE AND RESTORE LOCAL PUBLIC AREAS AND BUILDINGS
D) ANY OTHER CHARITABLE PROJECTS WHICH THE TRUSTEES MAY DEEM WORTHY
