(2) TO ADVANCE PUBLIC EDUCATION IN THE HISTORY AND DEVELOPMENT OF FIREFIGHTING. (3) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN RELATION TO ASPECTS OF FIRE SAFETY AND PREVENTION.
