TO HELP IN THE CARE AND COUNSELLING OF DRUG AND SUBSTANCE USERS AND TO ASSIST THEIR FAMILIES IN COPING AND HELPING. TO CREATE A DROP IN CENTRE TO HELP AND ADVISE SUCH USERS AND THEIR FAMILIES. TO ASSIST WITH FINDING SPONSORS AND EMPLOYMENT FOR REHABILITATED USERS TO PREVENT THEM RELAPSING INTO ABUSE.
