TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF ALL CHILDREN BELOW THE AGE OF ELEVEN YEARS BY: (A) PROVIDING SAFE AND SATISFYING GROUP PLAY IN WHICH PARENTS HAVE THE RIGHT TO TAKE PART AND (B) ENCOURAGING OTHER CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES THROUGH WHICH PARENTS MAY HELP THE CHILDREN.
