Charitable objects
1) THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF RECREATIONAL FACILITIES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF LAUNCESTON AND THE SURROUNDING AREA (THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS
2) THE SAID LAND AND BUILDINGS SHALL BE APPROPRIATED AND USED FOR FURTHERING THE OBJECT
