THE RELIEF OF SICKNESS, SUFFERING AND DISTRESS OF PEOPLE RESIDING IN THE LONDON BOROUGH OF SOUTHWARK WHO ARE TERMINALLY ILL OR BEDRIDDEN AND FOR WHOM THERE IS NO OTHER SUCCESSFUL INTERVENTION OR SUPPORT BY ANY OTHER MEANS, REGARDLESS OF RACE, COLOUR, CREED, RELIGION OR GENDER IN PARTICULAR, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF INFORMAL COUNSELLING, ADVICE, SUPPORT, SPIRITUALITY AND PRAYER
