TO PROMOTE SUCH PURPOSES AS ARE CHARITABLE ACCORDING TO THE LAW OF ENGLAND AND WALES FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC IN THE SOUTH EAST OF ENGLAND BY: (A) PROVIDING A CHANNEL OF INFORMATION BETWEEN VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND LOCAL AND CENTRAL GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OR OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN THE REGION. (B) PROVIDING A NETWORK OF COMMUNICATION FOR VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS AND AGENCIES IN THE REGION. (C) BRINGING TOGETHER REPRESENTATIVES OF VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS, STATUTORY AUTHORITIES AND OTHER AGENCIES IN THE REGION TO IDENTIFY THE FUNDING AND POLICY NEED OF VOLUNTARY ORGANISATIONS.
