We work to reduce social isolation of our elderly clients from the Polish minority group of North Staffordshire by promoting healthy life style by creating opportunities to: socilise, get advice & support in health, finance and personal safety, gentle exercise, freshly cooked lunches, outreach and advocacy service, translation, caring for carers, transport provision, cultural activities, outings.
