Charitable objects
THE CHARITY'S OBJECTS ARE TO EDUCATE AND TRAIN YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE STUDYING, AND PEOPLE OF ETHNIC MINORITY ORIGIN, IN LEARNING SKILLS AND IN SKILLS AND QUALITIES SUCH AS DECISION-TAKING, LEADERSHIP, TEAM-BUILDING, ORGANISATION, PLANNING, SELF-MOTIVATION AND EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION WITH A VIEW TO: (A) IMPROVING THEIR ACADEMIC ACHIEVEMENT; AND (B) ENCOURAGING AND ENABLING THEM TO TAKE ACTIVE PART IN CIVIC LIFE IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PRINCIPLES OF GOOD CITIZENSHIP; AND (C) ASSISTING THEM TO ENTER AND PROGRESS IN CAREERS IN INDUSTRY, COMMERCE, THE PROFESSIONS OR PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION AND THE ARTS; AND (D) GUIDING AND ASSISTING THEM CONCERNING THE OPTIONS AVAILABLE TO THEM FOR EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT AND IN THE EXPLOITATION OF SUCH OPTIONS.
