TO PROVIDE RELIEF TO THE POOR PEOPLE OF SIERRA LEONE, PARTICULARLY TO ALLEVIATE THE SUFFERING AND DEPRIVATION OF THOSE DISADVANTAGED BY ARMED CONFLICT IN SIERRA LEONE, AND TO PROVIDE SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE TO THOSE WHO ARE PHYSICALLY AND PSYCHOLOGICALLY DISABLED.
