Established in 2004, Fresh Expressions has increasingly developed into a movement working with most major denominations and many other groups. It aims to resource the development of vibrant and sustainable new forms of church alongside traditional churches across the country. These fresh expressions of church aim to meet the needs of those who have no real contact with conventional churches.

Charitable objects
3.1 The Charity’s Object, for the public benefit in any part of the world, is the advancement of the Christian religion by but not limited to, delivering, supporting, equipping and encouraging Christian leadership to increase the number of Christian churches (regardless of denomination) and increase the types of Christian worship (known as fresh expressions of church), thereby making them more accessible. 3.2 Throughout the Articles “charitable” means charitable in accordance with the law of England and Wales provided that it will not include any purpose that is not charitable in accordance with Section 7 of the Charities and Trustee Investment (Scotland) Act 2005 and Section 2 of the Charities Act (Northern Ireland) 2008.
