A) TO PROMOTE THE VALUE AND IMPACT THAT VOLUNTEERING AND COMMUNITY INVOLVEMENT CAN HAVE ON RESPONDING TO AND SUPPORTING THE NEEDS OF LOCAL COMMUNITIES AND SOCIAL EXCLUSION, AND TO UNDERTAKE AND ARRANGE VOLUNTARY WORK IN EDUCATION, SOCIAL SERVICES AND SIMILAR CHARITABLE ACTIVITIES AMONGST THOSE IN NEED THEREOF IN THE ROYAL BOROUGH OF KENSINGTON AND CHELSEA AND OTHER PARTS OF LONDON IN GENERAL ( HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT)
