Charitable objects
THE OBJECTS OF THE CIO, TO BE CARRIED OUT FOR THE PUBLIC BENEFIT, ARE:
1. TO RELIEVE THE CHARITABLE NEEDS OF WOMEN ARTISTS PRIMARILY AGED OVER 40 BY THE PROVISION OF GRANTS, BURSARIES AND SUCH OTHER SUPPORT AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL DETERMINE.
2. TO ADVANCE THE ARTS CREATED BY WOMEN PRIMARILY AGED OVER 40, THROUGH THE PROVISION OF RESIDENCIES.
