(2) TO INSTITUTE PROCEEDINGS IN THE UK OR APPROPRIATE EUROPEAN COURTS FOR THE PURPOSE OF ESTABLISHING OR PROTECTING ANY SUCH EQUAL RIGHTS AS AFORESAID.
