Charitable objects
To preserve and promote the good physical, mental and emotional health and welfare of people living with HIV and related long-term health conditions in Merseyside and surrounding areas, by the provision of care, support and practical assistance to people living with HIV, their partners, carers, dependants, children and friends. To advance the education of the public and provide services in all areas relating to HIV, including the prevention of HIV transmission, sexual health and related long-term conditions. To preserve and promote the good health, and in particular the sexual, mental and emotional health of: people who are lesbian, gay, bisexual and/or transgendered; people who are questioning their sexuality/sexual orientation and/or gender identity; people experiencing discrimination on grounds of their race, ethnicity, nationality, immigration status or any protected characteristic, and associated / affected groups and communities
