(1) THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN PARTICULAR BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY BY THE PROVISION OF COURSES IN INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY AND COMPUTER LITERACY; AND (2) THE PROVISION OR ASSISTANCE IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATIONAL AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE. FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF ROMNEY MARSH AND THE SURROUNDING AREA.
