TO EDUCATE THE PUBLIC IN THE ART OF BRITISH FOLK MUSIC, BY PRESENTING AN ANNUAL FESTIVAL. THE TERM "FOLK MUSIC" SHALL INCLUDE SONG, DANCE, TRADITIONAL PLAYS AND CRAFTS.
