TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF THE PUBLIC, IN PARTICULAR THOSE MEMBERS OF HE PUBLIC WHO ARE FROM THE HORN OF AFRICA, IN SUBJECTS WHICH MAY INCLUDE THE ARTS AND HISTORY, TRADITIONS AND CULTURAL HERITAGE OF THE HORN OF AFRICA, PARTICULARLY IN SUCH WAYS AS MAY ENABLE THOSE WHOSE EDUCATION AND TRAINING IS ADVANCED TO SECURE EMPLOYMENT AND/OR FURTHER EDUCATION.
