Charitable objects

FOR THE BENEFIT OF PERSONS WHO ARE DISABLED OR WHO ARE IN NEED OF BY REASONS OF THEIR AGE, FRAILTY OR INFIRMITY AND IN PARTICULAR FOR THE BENEFIT OF SUCH PERSONS WHO ARE FROM THE MINORITY ETHNIC COMMUNITY: A) TO RELIEVE THOSE WHO ARE IN NEED THROUGH THE PROVISION OF ADVICE INFORMATION AND COUNSELLING AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS MILDA, THROUGH ITS EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MAY DECIDE; B) TO ADVICE EDUCATION AND TRAINING; AND C) TO PROVIDE AND ASSIST IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES FOR EDUCATION, RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE AND WITH THE OBJECTS OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THOSE PERSONS FOR WHOM THE FACILITIES ARE PROVIDED
