Charitable objects

1) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF NEPALI STUDENTS BY THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR TERTIARY EDUCATION, PROVIDED THAT THE TERTIARY EDUCATION IS CONSIDERED BY THE TRUSTEES TO BE LIKELY TO BE OF BENEFIT TO THE AREA OF BENEFIT. 2) TO RELIEVE PEOPLE IN NECESSITOUS CIRCUMSTANCES IN NEPAL BY A) THE PROVISION OF FUNDING FOR SCHEMES AND DEVELOPMENTS (EXCLUDING RESIDENTIAL HOUSING) WHICH THE TRUSTEES CONSIDER WILL PROMOTE THE HEALTH WELFARE RELIGION AND/OR EDUCATION OF SUCH PEOPLE AND B) IN THE EVENT OF NATURAL DISASTER THE PROVISION OF FUNDING (EITHER WHOLLY OR IN PART) FOR SCHEMES FOR TEMPORARY HOUSING.
