2) TO OFFER TO ALL LOCAL SPORTS CLUBS THE USE OF THE TRUST LAND AND TO PROMOTE ANY OTHER SPORTING OR RECREATIONAL ACTIVITY OF A CHARITABLE NATURE THAT THE TRUSTEES DEEM APPROPRIATE
