Charitable objects
(I) THE CHARITY IS TO RELIEVE THE INHABITANTS OF THE BATTICALOA DISTRICT AND ITS NEIGHBOURING AREAS IN SRI LANKA WHO ARE IN CONDITIONS OF NEED, HARDSHIP OR DISTRESS, PARTICULARLY BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH GRANTS TO INDIVIDUALS AND ORGANISATIONS.
(II) TO PROMOTE THE HEALTH OF SRI LANKAN EXPATRIATES IN THE UNITED KINGDOM.
