THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION FOR THE BENEFIT OF BOTH THE PUBLIC IN GENERAL AND THE INHABITANTS OF SEDGEFIELD PARISH AND THE SURROUNDING PARISHES OF MORDON, BRADBURY AND THE ISLE, BISHOP MIDDLEHAM, FISHBURN AND TRIMDON IN PARTICULAR IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO HARDWICK PARK, SEDGEFIELD, IN THE COUNTY OF DURHAM PRIMARILY BY THE PROVISION OF A VISTORS AND EXHIBITION CENTRE.
