Charitable objects
(A) PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF SEX, SEXUAL ORIENTATION, RACE, AGE, DISABILITY, NATIONALITY, OR OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS BY ASSOCIATING TOGETHER THE SAID INHABITANTS, THE WILLIAM SUTTON TRUST AND THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES, VOLUNTARY AND OTHER ORGANISATIONS IN A COMMON EFFORT TO ADVANCE EDUCATION AND TO PROVIDE FACILITIES IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS (2) RELIEVE SUCH OF THE SAID INHABITANTS WHO ARE SUFFERING FROM FINANCIAL HARDSHIP, SICKNESS AND DISTRESS OR WHO ARE OTHERWISE IN NEED BY PROVIDING THEM WITH INFORMATION, REPRESENTATION, WELFARE RIGHTS, TRAINING, EMPLOYMENT AND OTHER MATTERS (C) ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF, OR OTHERWISE ACQUIRE A COMMUNITY CENTRE AND TO MAINTAIN AND MANAGE THE SAME IN FURTHERANCE OF THESE OBJECT
