1) TO PROMOTE AND ENCOURAGE FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE IMPROVEMENT OF AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE AND THE IMPROVEMENT, PROTECTION AND PRESERVATION OF THE COUNTRYSIDE OF THE CENTRAL REGION OF ENGLAND; AND
2) TO ADVANCE EDUCATION IN THE SUBJECTS OF AGRICULTURE AND HORTICULTURE.
