(111) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (IV) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL AND ETHNIC GROUPS.
