(11) ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION, IN PARTICULAR BY THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A REFERENCE LIBRARY AND BY THE PROVISION OF CLASSES IN PUNJABI LANGUAGE AND MUSIC AND THE TEACHING OF SIKH HISTORY, CULTURE AND CUSTOMS. (111) THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES FOR RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE PURPOSE OF IMPROVING CONDITIONS OF LIFE. (IV) THE PROMOTION OF GOOD RELATIONS BETWEEN PERSONS OF DIFFERENT RACIAL AND ETHNIC GROUPS.
