THE RELIEF OF CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF EIGHTEEN YEARS SUFFERING FROM ASTHMA AND ASTHMA RELATED CONDITIONS PARTICULARLY BY, BUT NOT EXCLUSIVELY (1) THE PROVISION OF SPECIALIST EQUIPMENT (2) THE PROVISION OF HOLIDAYS FOR CHILDREN WITH SEVERE ASTHMA AND ASTHMA RELATED CONDITIONS AND THEIR FAMILIES AND CARERS (3) THE PROVISION OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN THE FORM OF GRANTS TO MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS WISHING TO SPECIALISE IN THE TREATMENT OF SUCH CONDITIONS (4) FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO MEDICAL ESTABLISHMENTS TO ASSIST IN THE TREATMENT OF SUCH CONDITIONS, SUCH AS THE FUNDING OF ASTHMA NURSES FOR GP CLINICS (5) THE ESTABLISHMENT OF SPECIALIST CENTRES AND CLINICS FOR THE TREATMENT OF SUCH CONDITIONS 6. THE PROVISION OF GOODS OR ITEMS DEEMED APPROPRIATE BY ASTHMA NURSES OR A MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL FOR INDIVIDUAL CHILDREN WITH ASTHMA AND THEIR FAMILIES TO ASSIST IN THEIR CARE AND/OR WELL BEING, WHICH ARE CURRENT AND RELEVANT AT THE TIME OF REQUEST.
