TO PROVIDE HELP FOR THE RESIDENTS AND COMMUNITIES OF FARNSFIELD AND THE SURROUNDING AREA OF NOTTINGHAMSHIRE AND PERSONS HAVING CONNECTIONS THERETO IN THE ALLEVIATION OF HARDSHIP, IN THE FURTHERANCE OF EDUCATION, IN THE PROMOTION OF SPORT AND PHYSICAL RECREATION AND IN ASSISTING WITH THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES, SUPPORT SERVICES AND EQUIPMENT TO PRESERVE AND PROTECT HEALTH.
