TO ASSIST THOSE PERSONS WITH LEARNING DIFFICULTIES ATTENDING ST ANTHONY AT CROWBOROUGH BY THE PROVISION OF ITEMS AND FACILITIES ANCILLARY TO THOSE PROVIDED BY STATUTORY AUTHORITIES THEREBY IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
