II)TO PROMOTE THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC BY PROVISION OF RECREATION AND OTHER LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE.
