THE TRUSTEES SHALL SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS HEREINAFTER CONTAINED WHICH SHALL TAKE EFFECT ONLY INSOFAR AS IS CONSISTENT WITH CHARITABLE PURPOSES STAND POSSESSED OF THE CAPITAL AND INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND UPON TRUST TO PAY APPLY APPROPRIATE OR TRANSFER THE WHOLE OR PART THEREOF AT SUCH TIMES AND FROM TIME TO TIME TO SUCH CHARITIES AND FOR SUCH CHARITABLE PURPOSES AS THEY SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT AND THE TRUSTEES MAY IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION EXPEND FOR SUCH PURPOSES ALL OR ANY PART OF THE CAPITAL OR INCOME OF THE TRUST FUND WITHOUT DISCRIMINATION BETWEEN CAPITAL AND INCOME
