Delivery of yoga classes to the general public, from individual tuition to residential courses. Teacher Training and Foundation courses in Yoga are part of the programme which stand side by side with one of the main objects of the charity which is to improve and maintain the standard of teaching Yoga. All teachers are qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga, governing body in the U.K.
