TO PROMOTE THE RELIEF, INTEGRATION, REHABILITATION WELFARE AND EDUCATION OF PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN ACQUIRED HEARING LOSS IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE OF SUCH PEOPLE LIVING IN COUNTY DURHAM AND DARLINGTON.
