THE RELIEF AND REHABILITATION OF YOUNG PEOPLE UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS RESIDING WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE ABERPORTH COMMUNITY COUNCIL WHO ARE SICK, CONVALESCENT, DISABLED, HANDICAPPED, INFIRM AND IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE.
