1) TO RELIEVE POOR PERSONS RESIDING IN NORTH WALES, BY THE PROVISION OF LEGAL , INCOME AND SOCIAL RIGHTS ADVICE, AND AID WHICH THEY COULD NOT OTHERWISE OBTAIN THROUGH LACK OF MEANS.
2) TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN CHANGES IN THE BENEFIT SYSTEM, BY PUBLISHING SUCH CHANGES AND PROPOSED CHANGES
