TO RELIEVE NEED AND SICKNESS AMONGST AFGHAN REFUGEES OF AFGHANISTAN, MAINLY CHILDREN AND WOMEN, PARTICULARLY BY THE PROVISION OF HEALTH AID AND ADVICE AND THE PROVISION OF ACCOMMODATION AND EDUCATION FOR ORPHANS OF THE AFGHAN WAR.
