THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION IN ALL MATTERS RELATING TO THE MUSLIM FAITH. THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES IN THE INTEREST OF SOCIAL WELFARE FOR THE RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION OF PERSONS WHO ARE IN NEED BY REASON OF THEIR YOUTH, AGE, INFIRMITY, DISABLEMENT, POVERTY OR SOCIAL OR ECONOMIC CIRCUMSTANCES IN ORDER TO IMPROVE THEIR CONDITIONS OF LIFE
